Phil takes the challenge and creates some interesting recipes on the sots from ingredients brought in by celebrity guests.

4 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
½ tsp Madras curry powder
½ tsp ground cumin
½ small onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
dash vinegar
dash olive oil
salt
pepper
4 tbsp plain flour

1 x 300g can mushy peas
2 tbsp olive oil
dash water
pinch veg stock cube
dash vinegar
salt
pepper
2 small onions, sliced into 8 thick rings

Phil's Tips
Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to the boil, then keep warm. Place all the ingredients into a bowl for the patties and really mix well. Break into 8 small balls the size of a walnut, then flatten slightly. Heat the oil, then add the pates and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, remove and keep warm. Wipe out the pan, re oil, dust the onion slices with salt, sugar and then flour cook for 4-5 minutes to soften slightly. Place the sauce on a warm plate, top with a warm onion slice, finally the patties and serve.
