5 ways with a can of beans
- 2 thick slices bread or English muffins, halved, toasted
- 2 tbsp soft salted butter
- 1 tbsp any oil
- 1 x 60g pack Bellota chorizo pieces (Waitrose)
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 x 400g can beans
- 2-3 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Heat a small pan and add the oil, chorizo and onion.
- Cook over a low heat for 10 minutes so the oils and paprika are released.
- Add the beans and warm through, finally add the parsley and serve on buttered toast or muffins.
