Ingredients

  • Basic Mix
  • 2 small cup rolled oats (100g)
  • 2 small cup any milk (300mls)
  • 4-6 tbsp water
  • 1-2 tbsp runny honey
  • Topping
  • 1 small carrot finely grated
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • finely grated zest 1 small lemon
  • 2-3 tbsp roasted chopped skinned hazelnuts

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together really well, cover and pop in the fridge overnight, stirring occasionally.
  • Just before serving stir through the hazelnuts and top with a few more plus a little grated carrot
