5 ways with a can of beans

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Balti or any curry paste
  • 1 x 400g can beans
  • 1 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped mint
  • 2-3 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mango chutney
  • 1 warm stuffed naan

Method

  • Place the paste and beans into a pan and warm through, then add the butter.
  • Once melted add the fresh mint.
  • Slice the warm naan into nice thin slices and place in bowls.
  • Spoon over the beans, top with a little yogurt, mango and more fresh mint.
