5 ways with a can of beans
- 1 tbsp Balti or any curry paste
- 1 x 400g can beans
- 1 tbsp salted butter
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped mint
- 2-3 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 warm stuffed naan
- Place the paste and beans into a pan and warm through, then add the butter.
- Once melted add the fresh mint.
- Slice the warm naan into nice thin slices and place in bowls.
- Spoon over the beans, top with a little yogurt, mango and more fresh mint.
