Ingredients
- 4 ice cubes
- 100mls espresso
- 50mls Baileys Irish cream
- 150mls milk
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
Method
- Blend all the ingredients in a liquidiser for 3 minutes, serve in a tall glass.
- Top with a light dusting of cocoa powder.
