Ingredients
- 275ml (½ pint) Bereich Niersteiner Sp_tlese
- 1 packet raspberry jelly
- 275g fresh blueberries
- 275ml fresh orange juice
- ½ ripe melon, cut into small cubes
- 250g fresh raspberries
Method
- Place the jelly cubes into a bowl.
- Heat the wine until just boiling then pour over the jelly, dissolve well.
- Add the orange juice and mix well.
- Cool until just warm.
- Place the fruit evenly into 4 individual glasses or a large bowl.
- Pour over the jelly, then really chill well.
- Serve, when chilled.
Phil's Tips
This jelly is a lighter version, so will be just set, suspending the fruit.
Wine is a great way to jazz up a jelly rather than water.
Any Summer fruit will be fine.
Always make up the liquid to the proper measurement.
