Can be made the day before.
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe mango, flesh all removed from stone
- ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes
- Juice 2 large limes
- 125mls coconut milk
- 2 tbsp very finely chopped Thai basil
- salt
Method
Liquidise everything together well.
Leave to stand for 10 minutes, re stir and serve.
