A rich spicy tummy warming bonfire sauce.
Ingredients
- 225 mls Tomato ketchup
- 125 mls Cold water
- 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 55g Soft brown sugar
- 2 tsp Mustard powder
- 25g Runny honey
- 3 tbsp Malt vinegar
- 1 tsp Cajun spice
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 Pinches chopped chilli
Method
- Place everything in a saucepan and bring to the boil, turn down the heat and simmer gently for 2 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
- Re season and serve hot or cold.
