Ingredients
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 medium egg white
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 112 tsp cornflour
- 500g diced or sliced turkey meat
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp fresh red chilli
- 12 tsp ground cumin
- 4 cardomom seeds, crushed
- 12 tsp ground turmeric
- 12 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
Method
- Bring together.
- Add the meat and leave for a few minutes, to adhere correctly.
- When ready to cook, removed the turkey and either fry or simmer, removing any excess egg white mixture.
- The result will be a beautifully moist end result everytime.
- Heat the oil then add the garlic and cook until crisp.
- Then add the chilli, cumin, cardamom, turmeric and sauté well.
- Add the turkey and coat well in the spices and cook through.
- Off the heat add the paprika and coriander, mix well and season.
- Saute the turkey after velveting and add the spice mixture.
