Frozen desserts can help soothe sore gums when babies are teething. These fruity treats are popular with older children too!
Ingredients
- 350g frozen fruits, such as Black Forest mix or red fruits
- 200g Greek yogurt
- 25g icing sugar
Method
- Put the frozen fruit, yogurt and icing sugar into a food processor and pulse to blend to the required texture.
- Transfer to lolly moulds if you have them, otherwise to ice-cube trays or an airtight container, and freeze until solid. Allow to thaw a little before serving.
Phil's Tips
- If you don't have lolly moulds or ice-cube trays, scoop out little portions from the container to serve.
- For other frozen fruity desserts, any of the fruit purées in the book can be frozen in lolly moulds, ice-cube trays or an airtight container.
