Frozen Fruit Pops

Ingredients

  • 350g frozen fruits, e.g. Black Forest mix or red fruits
  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 25g icing sugar

Method

  • The fruits should be frozen or semi thawed; put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse to blend, just until you have the right texture.
  • Transfer to ice-pop moulds if you have them, otherwise to a clean, sealable container and freeze until solid.
  • Allow to thaw a little before serving.

A frozen dessert is a good solution for sore gums when babies are teething. You can scoop little portions from the container if you don’t have lolly moulds.
