Frozen Fruit Pops

Frozen desserts can help soothe sore gums when babies are teething. These fruity treats are popular with older children too!

Ingredients

  • 350g frozen fruits, such as Black Forest mix or red fruits
  • 200g Greek yogurt
  • 25g icing sugar

Method

  • Put the frozen fruit, yogurt and icing sugar into a food processor and pulse to blend to the required texture.
  • Transfer to lolly moulds if you have them, otherwise to ice-cube trays or an airtight container, and freeze until solid. Allow to thaw a little before serving.

  • If you don't have lolly moulds or ice-cube trays, scoop out little portions from the container to serve.
  • For other frozen fruity desserts, any of the fruit purées in the book can be frozen in lolly moulds, ice-cube trays or an airtight container.
